VMK is closing and I know that everyone's really sad even me but as Disney said they might make another online world so that's what makes me happy is that it's like this, VMK was born, now i's going away but now maybe another world will be born and as they said once again you will love it as much as VMK! So don't be that sad just think of all the new online worlds that will be coming out soon! I hope that helps.

Yes, Disney will be bringing out many more Virtual Online Worlds, but seriously- will it ever be the same? For me personally I cannot get to the Disney parks yearly, and VMK has given me the open opportunity to visit daily for as long as needed. There will never be something like this ever again. VMK brought the true magic of Disney and its parks not only to myself, but to many others.

Thanks Disney for making the decision to close a game that made real "Disney Dreams Come True" which POTC Online, Toontown, and Club Penguin don't bring at all.

Yes, but I must correct you on this. Disney has stated the only reason for the game closing is that it was meant for the 50th Celebration promotion, and has been opened way longer than they originally intended it to. I am sure that Fairies and Cars will be a FREE virtual game to play though. Therefore they basically are saying that VMK is "old" and defeated its overall promotional purpose. This is why they say that they are moving on to "new" things and looking towards the future.
