I have both of these games and I'll help anyone who has a problem on theirs!

Leveling up. Is rare candies bad to use or not?

I know that I am not the original poster but I know that using rare candies is good. It's good because your pokemon grows a level whenever using it. Hope that helps.

I remember on TTC, there was a HUGE 200 page thread that got DELORTED! about this, but that's aside the point.

I have both Diamond and Pearl, and have beaten the Elite Four on one.
I wouldn't use Rare Candy's right away, but save them for speical times, like evolution, and Lv. 100.

yeah, don't use them right away.

the only real difference between diamond and pearl is that in pearl you get the legendary palkia. In diamond you will get dialga.
