Now, whenever, you are reading someones post you can see their RPG profile easily. Every member who has an RPG charater has a little link on the right side of their posts. Click on it and you can quickly view their profile. This should help you find people to team up with pretty quickly.

Also, don't forget that if you are low on shardsilver you can earn it in the forums. You earn 3 shardsilver for every new thread you start and 2 shardsilver for every post you make.
