I temporarily removed "Young Grey" in the Wilderness who would let you know this, so:

go to the next step from the Wilderness (not Clestrit Clearing) and you should encounter the Spinner. That spider is the next step.

Also, let me know if you are getting through stuff very quickly. If so, I need to rework the experience gain a bit.
