To create your account, go to the toontown site and register!
Since most of us here are under 13, you will need your parents email address.

With the free account, you have limited features. You-
-can only make 2 toons, where with the regular membership, you can make 6.
-don't have access to all the playgrounds.
-can't get 6 gag tracks.
-can't buy a doode.
-don't have access to the cog HQ's.
-can't have any secret friends.
-don't get the bi-monthly trading cards and newsletter in the mail.
-only have access to some toontasks.
-can't race or play minigolf.
-can't plant flowers or gag trees.
I probably missed some. If anyone with a free account has any more to add, post here or PM me, and I will add them.

Well, um, you can buy a doodle, you do have access to the cog's HQ, and my brother thinks you can get all the gags with a free account (he won't believe me.)

yea I have know about this for quite a while its just the list goes on and on and on about what you cant do. I actually could afford it right now but its not something im particularly interested in.
