I stared at the people playing and wished that I could be out there actually doing something! For the rest of the game,I caught 2 balls trying to go in,but,even with all my hard work,the other team had still made 9 points! My team had only made 3,which kinda stunk. The other team's goalie had caught 8 balls! I mean,they were really good! Mr.Kennedy blew his whistle and we stopped.He yelled,"Good job 1's!You have won the first scrimmage!I'm proud of you!That tells me that you are good at soccer!Now change and get back to your classes!" I walked over to Alyssa and smiled,"Hey Lyss! Nice game!" She smiled,"Yeah. I'll meet you guys in the locker room!" She waved goodbye to Kaitlyn and Whitney,when they were gone she hugged me. "Thanks Nat! You were good too! You totally rocked as goalie!" I raised an eyebrow,"What?! I mean,thanks,I guess?" She giggled,"Can I come to your place after school? We totally have some catching up to do, girly! Gotta go! Bye!"
I watched her run off,I was puzzled! How could she be saying all those things about me and ignoring me,and then,poof,she's nice to me! I squinted,thinking. Someone tapped me on the shoulder and I turned around,"Huh?" I saw Kyle laughing at me. I told him,"Stop! I need to go!" Then I turned around and ran to the locker room,I couldn't handle someone laughing at me! The thing I hated the most was when I did something wrong and someone laughed at me. I pushed open the door to the locker room and found an empty stall. I changed into my regular clothes and left the locker room,I found Kyle standing outside the door with his hands in his pockets,looking down. I rolled my eyes and walked past him,he called out to me,"Nat,stop..." I turned around,"No,you stop!" I bit my lip,then continued,"I....I hate it when someone laughs at me for doing something wrong! So.....just...just leave me alone." I turned around and ran off.
This is really good you have got my full attention (Which is really hard to do ask my teachers lol) You should really think about writing a childrens book for like 4th graders and 3rd and 5th graders
Chapter 6
When I got inside the main building,I called Alyssa. I dialed her number and waited while it was ringing. When she picked up I said,"Lyss?" "What?"She said,kind of annoyed I frowned,"I was wondering where you were." She took a breath,"Oh.....I'm by my locker.If you were planning on coming,don't,because I have to go to Scriptures in,like, a minute." I closed my eyes,"But I need to talk to you!" Then I heard a beep,"Hello? Lyss? Are you still there?" I rolled my eyes,"Oh my gosh,what the heck?" I said out loud,some people started staring at me,but I just smiled. I hung up my phone and put it in my purse. I ran back to my locker and got out my schedule,I had French next. I looked at the school map and saw that French was in Room 85. I saw where it said Room 85 was and started to walk towards the classroom.
When I was just about to open the door,Kyle came running up to me. I rolled my eyes and pushed the door open,but he was too fast,he grabbed my arm and said,"Natalie!" I looked at him and pulled away,"I SAID leave me ALONE!" Then I waked into the classroom mad. I sat at a desk in the last row and waited for the teacher to come in. I got out my cell phone and started to text Alyssa. I wrote:
sup lyss! y did u hang up on me? call me after your class plz!thnx
The teacher came in and I sent the message. The teacher was wearing a gray suit with a gray skirt and button down jacket. She had blonde hair and smiled at the class,I hadn't noticed that the room had filled up except for one seat,I smiled at the teacher. She said,"Bonjour la classe, je suis votre enseignant français." I raised an eyebrow,'Was she supposed to think that we already knew how to speak French? We took this class so we could LEARN French!Duh!' I thought. She laughed,"What I said is,'Hello class,I am your French teacher!'" Everyone nodded. She walked over to her desk and picked up three textbooks,"I need three volunteers, you..."she pointed to a kid in the front,"..umm..you..."she pointed to the kid next to me,"...and...you." she pointed to me. I got up and walked to her desk,while I was walking,one kid tried to trip me,I looked back and glared at him,"Hey,dude,watch where you put your feet!" Then I straitened my shirt and walked to the teacher's desk. I got four books,but then,put one down because they were really heavy! While I was passing out the textbooks,the teacher told us her name was Ms.Beccson. I gave them to the people that didn't have books,when everyone had a book except for the empty desk, I bit my lower lip,I didn't know what to do! Then a girl came running in and said,"Hey teach! Sorry I was late,Tous ces gens ont gardé la conversation à moi, et ils ne me partiraient pas seul !" Ms.Beccson pointed to the empty seat and told the girl,"Prendre une place, je suis sur le point de commencer la classe." The girl smiled and walked over to the desk and sat down,I liked this girl! I liked how she told what she really meant,even though I didn't know what she said,I liked her!
