Didn't you read the first post by Vaneskera.
It's a story competition. Vaneskera gave the plot, the setting and the characters. You have to write a story and then Pm it to Vaneskera. If it's good enough, you can earn first, second or third place and get TCC.
By the way, what is the wod limit.
