Hi, my name is Daisy Dee. My real name is Daisy Deelora, but Dee sounds much more better. Anyway, I have a twin sister. A twin sister is someone who looks just like you except she's not you. But we don't look alike at all, so that's why i keep wonderin' why we're called twins. My twin sister is Rosie Ray. Her real name is Rosie Rayerne, but she says Rayerne sounds like a headache medicine, so she just likes Ray.
Mother says we're nothing alike AT ALL. She says Rosie is calm and sweet, and I am bouncing off the walls.
"Well, I am not bouncing all off the walls. Do you see my feet prints on the walls?" I said. She closed her eyes for a second, then opened them and said,
"Girls, today is your first day of kindergarten. I bought matching outfits for you, so lets go upstairs and get ready for school." She said.
We followed her upstairs. We got dressed and ready and came downstairs.
"Daisy, I need up upstairs for a minute!" said Mother. I hiked up the stairs. Then I hiked down the stairs. I am getting a work-out from all this.
Finally, the bus driver pulled up. He said we were as cute as a button.
"Thank You, your looking lovely too." said Rosie in her grace voice.
When we got on the bus, I said,
"Excuse me, we are not buttons. We are human persons." I said, then skipped to the back of the bus, where no one was sitting. I didn't know anyone on the bus except Rosie, and she had already started to make friends with someone called Jamie.
This is gonna be a long day, I thought to myself.
