So I am trying out for track and I have asthma. Has anyone with asthma tried track? Oh! And is it fun? It starts tomorrow.

Lily starting off well here!

I don't have asthma, but I was in track. It is a lot of fun. What events are you doing? Distance? That isn't good. Sprinting is okay...Jumping and throwing would probably be best... Good luck!
