hmmm lets see to complicate the situation my friend Olivia who I trust and all and is really pretty and athletic its just that she like 5 foot 6 and has a bigger chest than most so people are intimidated by her but anywaaaay my crush was hittin' on her on their feild trip she said and she told me everything that happened and it was obvious that he was hittin' on her and the truth is no matter how much it hurts I wish she'd go out with him 'cus she needs a nice guy it helps her boost her self- vision of herself and shes's a great girl I just hope she'll got out with him even tho I hav a crush on him it will hurt but Olivia is the perfect match for him she's pretty, nice, and funny and the best catcher in our softball league and she told me when I told her I had a crush on him that he was a really nice guy and that's why many kids don't like him in their grade.

OKAY, WHO TOOK MY BROOM?!

Sigh. Funny thing. I have and have had since 5th grade a crush on this one person. Right now i'm in seventh grade, but because i'm in PA (like the middle school version of AP (advanced placement)) I don't really ever see him, and we're in none of the same classes - except in P.E. class, where sometimes the classes "combine". Recently, my [best] friend told me that she had asked him if he was going out with someone else (a rumor). She said he had answered yes.

Normally, I'm about the most un-emotional person there is. At least in my school. Though this is an exception. Still, I spent some time thinking about this, and thought about her reaction, details, personalities, and deduced that she must have lied. A practically irresistible prank. She hadn't asked. There is another person with the same first name, and so there's a fifty-fifty chance: Which one is she going out with (the other person, not my friend)?

Also, there's a chance that I'll be moving to California at the end of 8th grade.

So I'm in the oddest situation. I'm in love with this one person that I only knew in elementary school. We're in none of the same classes, yet there is the "mysterious staring" *dun dah dah dun*, etc. and other "signs". Theres a 45/55 chance (random guess, considering his and her personality) that she is going out with the person I like (as opposed to the person with the same first name), and I may never see him again after the 8th grade.

So I forced myself to think about this logically: "Nothing is going to happen if you don't do something about it!" I've made it my goal to become more athletic this summer, and a random guess to what his class choices will be for 8th grade, I put a few at the beginning of my class choices, and at least be in a few of the same encore classes. I'm going to get to know a person, before I do anything stupid.
My last goal is to ask the person rumored to be going out with him what the last name the person she's going out with is. I just need to find a good excuse to give as to why I'm asking

It would be different on what the guy's personality is like. Because it would only make sense that a shy person will act much different than an assertive person. A shy person would stare at you. A assertive person would just tell you.

Sigh....

One thing I'm definately sure of is that it's not easy at all to tell if someone likes you or not. Especially when you're around 10/11 years old, no-one'd admit that they like so and so to the person themselfs. Usually they'd tell their best friends, so anyone's best hope is to ask the person who you think likes you's (best) friends. Especially if they're the type that is okay with talking to you.

Yeah...that's all I know. =P
