When during the year do they have dances for middle school? At our school they have a valentines dance and then one in Spring. They used to have casual dances for grades 7-12 after every football game but stopped that for some reason.

Do you go to them or are you planning on going? I love getting dressed up and getting my hair done. I can't wait for them this year.

We have dances 3 times every month! Every grade from grades 6-8 get to have dances! And I'm in sixth grade! This boy Ricky keeps asking me to the dances with him but I don't like him so I say no and go sometimes with this guy Nikolai

Dances are okay. The firstone i went to wasn't so great. For me anyway, my crush had a date that kinda bummed me out. I found out yesterday that they broke up a few days after. (that was 3 months ago) Thats how uncool i am. I didn't know..

We had only 2 dances last year. And they were a bit pathetic, with all the *drama* and interesting DJ's. I got to help set them up, too! I'm hoping since i'm on stu-co this year that we can get more. Wait, i was on last year too though....

I'm having a Homecoming Dance tomorrow. We don't really dress up much, we're just wearing regular stuff. I'm not going with anyone, though. I plan to go and have fun with my friends.

Hopefully we'll have a good DJ who plays Avril Lavigne and Kelly Clarkson!

Yea, well our DJ was 2 of the parents, and all they played was rap. I hate rap. I didn't go with anyone though, not that i even could. my class is tiny. 6 girls. 3 boys. so sad.

We have a theme dance at the end of year and every month everybody goes to the Y dance at the YMCA

We had a Back to School dance last week and there is supposed to be one for Halloween. If the 7th and 8th graders don't mess it up, they might let us have another one later in the year.

GIRLS RULE

In my school we hardly ever have couples in the Homecoming Dance. The 8th graders don't, and the 7th graders, this is our first year in this school, so we are yet to learn.

I can't wait for Homecoming Dance tomorrow!

We're supposed to have one for Halloween, and we can either wear our costume or regular clothes. We had an after-prom fundraiser dance not so long ago. I guess being friends with the person who sets up the stuff is good =]. (Yes shes and adult)

And the DJ for the after-prom rocked...he play awsome songs! (Even Avril Lavinge (sp?)!
