Like what kind of things were you learing in math? Or what were you doing in art or P.E?

Math- I learned how to find the angles of triangles(even though I already knew that)
History- Nothing, I had a free lesson because it was a group project and I'm homeschooled
Health- How to take care of bee stings, hypothermia, heat stroke and exhaustion, and stuff like that.
Bible- Review
Creative Writing- Look Alikes, they were like thses words like Melt or something drawn like it was melting and I rememeber sentences and paragraphs
Spelling- Review List, I had to write all 50 words once for homework, but tommorrow I have to do part of a crossword puzzle for homework.
Penmanship- Capital R and little r and a sentence with just R's
And I don't ever do P.E. and Art, I only do every now and then.

Science- We are just starting to learn about astronomy
Math- Finding area of complex shapes
Social Studies- We are starting to talk about Australia
Language Arts- we took a quiz
P.E- Soccer
Chorus- We uh.....sang??

...Is this based off of the thing I sometimes do in my blog? Jw.

So...it's Saturday, here's what I did in school yesterday.

Health: We took notes about calories...it was boring.
Math: We took a test.
English: We took a vocab test and worked on poetry.
Chorus: We sang...? We sung the "South African Suite".
Social Studies: We took a quiz and worked on our project for Russia and the Independent States. I am stuck with a slacker who makes me do all the work. Sigh.
Latin: We learned our new vocabulary words for Stage 8. And we created sentences with them.
Music: We played a game for the notation we're learning. We split our class of 12 people (usually there's 15...but 2 people went home sick and one was absent) and it was a race-type thing. Our team won. I won everytime I went on. It was freaking awesome. Our team is going to get candy on Monday. Yayaya.

I think it would be awesome to learn a different language.We only have spanish at my school.

yeah, I want to learn Japanese, my grandma and sister taught me some, but not alot. I want to learn like how to write the symbols and stuff

It is a little bit, especially learning about past tense, both perfect and imperfect, and all the rules that Latin has. But some of it is a little easier, a lot of the words we use in English come from Latin, so you can recognize words a little easier sometimes.

Health: Took more notes about calories and talked about obesity.

Advanced Math: We read our Math book and did some problems involving positive and negative numbers (of which I already know...so I guess this part will be easy).

English: We read a poem and wrote about our thoughts on it.

Chorus: We sang "South African Suite" and "ABC" (yes, "ABC, easy as 123, ah simple as Do Re Mi...") We couldn't practice in the auditorium because there was some weird smell, Mrs. M suspected that it was a dead animal in the vents. We had to practice in the auditorium lobby.

Social Studies: We finished our video "Discovering Russia" and pasted the question paper into our 5-subject notebooks. We then worked on our Russia and the Independent States project. We had to pass in the Fact Sheet for our countries. I'm doing Azerbaijan.

Latin: We went over our vocabulary words, and also played "Flyswatter", which is where the teacher says the words and we have to swat (with flyswatters!) the picture that represents the Latin word. It was tons of fun.

Music: We again played the Notation game. This time we played Boys vs. Girls. There was a tie so we all got candy!!

Yeah...pretty good school day overall.

Math:General Review
Reading:Quiz
Creative Writing:Rebus's and writing about embarrassing moments
Spelling:Stupid things on the review list
History:None, had to give History in the Making report so didn't have to watch it
Health:Worksheet, Learned about hypothermia and such

Tatally off topic, but I can't breath out of one nose. I think its because I have a runny nose, but when I blow it, it doesn't do anything so now when I breath, it sounds like a dog

Science: Took notes and started a worksheet
Spanish: Read a story and translated it, then did questions about it for extra credit.
Math: The teacher handed back papers and we reviewed a bit for the test tomorrow.
Religion: Read about parables and their meanings
Language Arts: Made vocab notecards to study with (not that I ever use them lol), worked on our speeches about American Monuments
Lunch: I didn't finish my lunch.
Chorus: Erm....the 8th graders took a vote for the song they want to sing before they graduate...that was 'bout it, we did random stuff (Yeah, I have it with the 8th graders)
Social Studies: Talked about the Bill of Rights and why it is important...
Study Hall: Finished all my homework!!!! (This NEVER happens!!!)

P.E.: Reviewed for our test on safety while belaying. We also practiced belaying. Yes, we're going to climb up the climbing wall in our gym! :O

Math: Reviewed the homework from last night and did some other stuff out of our book.

English: Read a poem and wrote one based off of it.

Study Hall: I did my homework. . .yay.

Social Studies: Did the daily questions, went over the second half of the "Discovering Russia" worksheet. Then we worked on our "Russia and the Independent States" project. We're now working on the posters.

Latin: Reviewed our flashcards with a partner, read a story in Latin and translated it, and made little paper thingies to help us learn about object form plurals (Rules, rules, rules. )

Music: Did our notation test.
