It is Tae Kwon Do. i am third from highest level. i have been in it since i was six and they definately dont want you to go and fight people. they do this for self discipline. don't take tae kwon do thinking you will become bruce lee or chuck norris (me) oh or superman (me as well) because you will just be disappointed. and at the age of 13 as a boy its not just verbal but physical instead. i remember when i was 11 i got in fight because of bullies (well since i had been in tae kwon do for 5 years and was acctually pretty strong i obviously won) and it was not very great. just ignore them or give em a good punch to in between there legs or on there arms or in between there ribs. this will only work if your strong enough. they will get scared and run away. DO NOT TRY IF YOU ARE WEAK!!!

Bully: "Where'd you get that sweater, nerd? The dumpster?"
You: "No, my grandma made it for my birthday and I hate, but my mom made me wear for some stupid reason."
Bully: *caught off guard* "Yeah? Well... it still looks like (insert bad word here)."
You: "I know... that's what I just said."
Bully: *angry* "WHATEVER!" *stomps away*

This changed the bully's insult to just a comment. Don't say this if the bully is insulting your race or gender.

My friend and some other people once joined forces with an in 1st grade with a bully, and all they did was follow him around and call him "mister bossyman", and wear sunglasses. Eventually the bully just got tired of them and didn't bother them any more.

Look...I'm sorry if this comes off as blunt but I'll be perfectly honest.

You can get the guidance councellor, the teacher, the principal, WHATEVER. They're still going to bully you. Every. Time. Its not going to stop. You will be bullied your entire life.

The only way you can stop them is if you stand up for yourself! If it continues to the point where you can't take it, just say 'If you have a problem with me, take it outside.'

It seems rash but it is true. All these big doctors and psychologist can say 'Oh, but go to the teacher and...' BUT NO! It won't work, no matter how much you want it to!

You have to stand up for yourself. Bullies pick on people weaker than them. If you lose the fight, you'll still not be bullied. It means you WILL fight back, and bullies are cowards.

in our school we have a " 5th Grade Tolerence Team " (

) thing and im in it. we have meetings and go around the classes telling kids about bullying. its pretty funny XD ya know, how the different grades react. the kindergarteners are like " is bullying bad? "

beileve me, in are school last year, the thrd time the principal heard it, they were suspended
