Yes we do. Some states call it grammar school and some states call it elementary school. Same thing. It has nothing to do with High School. Unless he means an ACTUAL GRAMMAR school For grammar???

It is like a school where only people who are at a certain point of intelligence can go( it is actually a high school too)
