I agree with the others who say to try and ignore them. If they're not your friends and you don't want to be around them, then surround yourself with others.

And don't be shy when it comes to telling someone if there becomes a problem.

Well, this is reality though. I've been avoiding my friends all summer just so I don't have to put up with them or the drama.
But if somebody was seriously teasing me, bullying me around, etc. Maybe payback would be in mind? But that's me.
Just ignore 'Bob'! He probably thinks you're some innocent little thing. Which you are not! Use your inner-confidence! Now, you really don't think he'll beat you up or something? This is reality not a teen/tween movie. Heck, tell a teacher!! They'll have to do something. School is for education (or so they say...) and they don't want a kid transferring because of bullying. Chances are, 'sabotage' is such a strong word. Stick with your friends and you know.. New School, New Start. Right? So maybe you can start changing a little and anything is possible. Just survive through school.

- Great

Diltoast starting off well here!
"The Diltoast Way of Dealing With Bullies"

1.Tell him off and make fun of him

2.get back at him (write a fake love letter from Bob to another girl...or boy)

3.If he cheats in your test write fake answers and go back and write the real ones when Bob is done

4.Make him be emberrased in front of the whole shcool

Although Diltoast has some good ideas, they really aren't that practical. The counselor idea is really the best one if ignoring Bob and company doesn't work. I would skip the dinner just because who needs the added drama. And there will be LOTS of other kids there too. Our middle schools each combine 2 or 3 elementary schools which make for 200 - 300 kids PER GRADE LEVEL or 500+ kids per school. Lots of people to put between you and "Bob". HTH a little and good luck!
