Homeroom

1rst-Science, withe the same teacher as homeroom and A.E

in 3rd we have a 20 min lunch time

4th-Language Arts

5th-P.E ( we are WALKING all week)

My High School goes by Block Scheduling, so I only have 4 classes a day. We go by Odd and Even days- many people don't understand how block schedules work, but it's actually very simple. By the way I do go to a Catholic private school.

Even Days (Periods 2, 4, 6, and 8)
Odd Days (Periods 1, 3, 5, and 7)
- These will alternate day by day, and carry the pattern week after week.

Here is my full schedule (not in blocks)

Period 1: Religion
Semester 1: New Testament
Semester 2: Sacraments
Period 2: English 10
Period 3: American History
Period 4: Integrated Math II
- This covers all parts of math, so you don't have a seperate class for Algebra, Geometry, etc.
Period 5: Biology
Period 6: Physical Education/Computer Tech II
Semester 1: Phys. Ed
Semester 2: Comp. Tech II
Period 7: Spanish II
Period 8: Instrumental Music (Band, etc.)


Each of my classes are 80 minutes long, which goes by rather fast and it seems the day goes by quickly also since I only have 4 classes a day, and it's much less stressful with all the work since I have an extra day to get the previous days homework accomplished.
