This weeks People magazine said that Vanessa has said that these photo's were taken a while ago and she sent them to Drake Bell, not Zac Efron. Drake Bell claims that he never received them so it is likely that whoever got them instead of Drake is the one that released them.

Anyway, I think that a lesson is learned here by alot of people. It was a big mistake on her part and I can only imagine how embarrassed she and her family are.

That's so idiotic!! That she would stoop so low. If i was any of her friends i'd be like "Wow, you did this? That was stupid of you!" I wouldn't really hang around her anymore. I mean, she's in a very popular movie already, why get MORE attention??
