I know it sounds stupid... But do ya want a hug? Sometimes, that's all I really want. I know how you feel, but I don't take pills for depression because my mom doesn't believe me. She thinks I'm making it up. I do take pills for my ADHD, though. Heh, I used to stutter really badly. This was me two years ago:
H-hi. I'm uh, uh, B-berriesN, uh, cream. I l-like poetry and, I like poetry and music-sic.
It was soo embarrasing. I'm always stressed. Being in a Catholic school really messes with your brain. They barely could accept B's at that school. They would freak! It's almost like I'm brain-washed. I can barely accept low B's at school, and if my grade is below an 86 I have a meltdown. >.<" It's hard, but you just have to find a way to be happy. Look at me, I have. Remember, I'm a horsey!!!

I suggest, if you want any suggestions, to put up WordPad. Make sure nobdy knows what you're doing, and just write how you feel. Just sit there, writing it out. IF you think someone will see, change the text size to 1.

Whatever you do, DON"T listen to sad music.

I have a journal I write in sometimes and that helps me feel better. I write about happy things or sad things or things that make me mad. When I'm done writing I can hide it under my bed or in a drawer so no one finds it.
