I would completely uproot and rewire the education system, stop the war in Iraq, make the country more eco-friendly (alternative energy) and find a way to stop recession.

I'd:

*Make Loony my Vice President
*Make McDonald's, Burger King, and all other fast-food restaurants illegal.
*Make Hummers and other cars that get under 30 miles per gallon illegal.
*Make solar power the more common use instead of oil.
*Make Harry Potter a required reading book for school.
*Increase funds to education.
*Decrease our dependence on foreign products such as oil.
*Make public transportation such as a subway easier to access.
*Many colleges, such as Harvard, can afford to have ALL their students go to school for free. I would make financial aid easier to obtain for the colleges in my country.
*Give more vacation days.
*Give aid to smaller businesses to increase diversity.

I have lots of ideas. Muahaha.

Queens are more of a symbol of power in the U.K., they don't really have all that much power. She could be Prime Minister though. That would be cool.
