Did you know that in many countries, white chocolate is not really considered chocolate at all?

Well I like white chocolate most...but the others are good too.

I'm a chocoholic.

I once had this piece of chocolate that was 95% real chocolate...like without the milk and sugar and other stuff that makes it sweet. The exchange student at our school brought it from Korea. And gosh, it was nasty.

Really dark chocolate (over 70%) can be very bitter and is definitely an acquired taste. I ate too many white chocolate hershey bars when they first came out and now can't stand the stuff!

I am proud to say that I was the only one to actually swallow it.

Somehow I like bitter chocolate. Once I ate a Cocoa bean at the Chocolate Museum in Cologne, I even liked that! I think 70% chocolate is tasty. All my friends think I must be crazy because I like bitter chocolate XD

But I like milk chocolate, too.
