Yeah I did that kind of thing to. I made my mom a phote frame out of popcicle sticks and sea shells. It actually looks really good too! I put a picture of me and my mom playing in the snow on it

i also got my mum a digital photo frame, a card (duh), and some outdoor chinese lamps that hang on your trees (she really wanted those )
