It's winter, and i have a cold. I have a blocked nose sore throught!
It's so annoying!!!!!!!!! Does anyone know any drinks to sooth my throat? I know there is one with: Honey, Lemon and hot water. So if you know any drinks or anything could you please tell me as soon as possible!!!!!!!!

Vitamin C improves your immune system, so lots of fruit juice. Lots and lots of fruit juice. It will help you get better faster.

As for soothing your throat, any warm drink will probably suffice. A fruity tea would probably help a lot.
