You have to buy a webhost such as GoDaddy, Aplus, Yahoo, and others. If you want a free one, there are a couple free web hosting sites like Geocities, Freewebs, Google Pages, and others. Most of them have an option to update to a .com domain if you have a free, because they will give you a sub-domain or a /yoursite. For more flexibility you will obviously have to buy a site. The domain will go with the site you are buying. It will have to cost money, unless you get free ones, but they aren't .com, they are like .co.nr or something else. And those will just mask your long domains, they will, like free webhosts, will have updating to premiums. So .com will cost money, but to buy it go to a webhosting site and they will give you a domain and a website.

Hopefully that made sense to you and that helps.
