Kids Primary or Caucus

In our state, today is the official caucus. This means that voters will go out to a local place and literally stand in the line of the person that they want their political party to choose to represent them in the Presidential Elections this November. All states have either a caucus or a primary election for this purpose.

Today is the day that we at Betweentalk.com are going to start covering the election process from a kids eye. What is important to you and how can you get involved?

At no time will disrespectful debate be allowed. We LOVE to debate at BTT but if you are new to this you should remember that we all have an opinion and everyones should be respected. Refer to the golden rule that if you don't have something nice to say than say nothing at all.

So, lets Caucus. Vote for who you think should get the chance to run in the November Presidential Elections. For ease of polling here I have included the front running nominees from both the Republican and Democrat parties. After you make your choice, feel free to tell us why that candidate will make a good president.

ok I voted for Mitt Romney because #1. He Supports Tax credits for Homeschooling. #2. Supports Vouchers so that we can use taxes for homeschooling. #3. He believes that George Bush made the right decision to go to Iraq based on the information he had at that time. What I don't like is he thinks that illegal Immigrants should all be kicked out of the country without the chance to become legal Citizens. Thats what I think!

I know that a lot of the homeschoolers in our area are voting for Ron Paul for the same reasons.

I Dont like that because it takes our taxes for something we are not even using(because we are homeschooled) thats why I voted for Romney.
