Hi, I'm Horsegirl12. I just wanted to know how do you become a member. I heard that members can change the backround or something and i want to become a member. I also have seen member's pages and I want one too. plus I am new so I might ask a lot of questions.

Well, you are a member...
And to change the background go to the very bottom of the page and you will see on the left 360 Fluid. Click that and you can choose with background you want.
