On Club Penguin, you can get your penguin without paying money, but you can't buy stuff in the games. You can pay 5.95 to be a member for a month from the day you payed, and when you run out you keep all the stuff you bought but you can't wear it. You can have buddies and send them penguin e-cards, and you can also buy Puffles, the pets that the penguins have in the game. They also have special parties where they give out free clothes, and when you aren't a member you can wear them. Also, every few weeks they hide a free hidden pin, which you can also wear when not a member. You can also decorate and upgrade your igloo, the house for your penguin. When you join, you can choose if you can chat with people or not. When you choose no, you can chat by using pre-written words. If you press yes, you can type what you want your penguin to say. There are also many secrets and some fun games.
