See the little grey check mark on the top of each post? That is your way to boost someones reputation here. The little green squares are how many reputation points you have. If someone posts something you like, click it and tell them. The green squares will show you how many points someone has. You can give negative points as well but make sure you have a good reason...like someone put someone else down or said something downright mean. If you give lots of negative feedback that is not deserved you will lose the right to participate.

You can view your rep points and the comments that people have left you by clicking on the user c/p button. You can also tell how high someones reputation points are by looking at how many little green squares they have. Each square is worth 50 points.

Please don't leave negative feedback for someone just because you don't agree with them. One of the great things about living in the USA is that we are all entitled to our own opinion. It is one thing if someone is downright rude but saying something like "no offense, but I don't think your joke is funny" is a personal opinion. Now, saying "dude, your joke totally stinks and so do you" is offensive and deserves a negative reputation mark.

If you are leaving more negative remarks than positive that tells me that you are abusing the system and I will remove your right to leave feedback at all.

However, please take note of the fact that if your being rude to everyone all the time and trying to excuse it by it writing "no offense, sorry if" etc all the time, it will be noticed and not tolerated.
