See the little grey check mark on the top of each post? That is your way to boost someones reputation here. The little green squares are how many reputation points you have. If someone posts something you like, click it and tell them. The green squares will show you how many points someone has. You can give negative points as well but make sure you have a good reason...like someone put someone else down or said something downright mean. If you give lots of negative feedback that is not deserved you will lose the right to participate.

How many reputation clicks can a user give over each 24 hour period? 10
How many different users must you give reputation to before you can hit the same person again? 10
