sadly, the kids are probably better off with a father that smokes (we all know he's not perfect either), than a mother that is never home, keeps them out too late when she is with them, drinks, smokes, and does drugs.
I heard that she's going into rehab this weekend. Hope it works this time.

Well, no, Holly, but I'm just saying that second-hand smoke is bad. When I said, "poor kids," i meant that from what they had been through previously, and also what they were going to have to go through, not just with the smoking.
Okay it was run together and just because a parent smokes doesn't mean the kids are breathing it
as your thinking. My husband and I smoked for MANY years. When my son was born in 2002 we did not smoke in our house. Not even in our cars. In 2005 we both quit.
I have more trouble breathing on my basketball team then others and both of my parents and brothers have always smoked in front of me so point proven also did you know that most people with lung cancer get it from second hand smoke

Same here. My mom was just never into it at all, probably because her grandfather died of lung cancer, he smoked. And my dad is really really allergic to nicotine, so obviously he can't smoke either. Plus his mom died of lung disease when I was four, she smoked too.

they need to just lock her up, I'm sorry but she just can't wander around...Hello! She forgot she was a mom! Imagine the damage she could do if she wandered for 3 days.

Mrs.FW, her kids are too famous to go to a foster home. I think that they could stay with Britney's parents, I heard they were very nice to Brit's kids. Plus Britney hates her mother now.
And Mrs.FredWeasley, I do agree that she needs help but jail really isn't the answer. Some counseling? Now that could help a lot.
