I think she's too over the top. As for her personal life, she's a lot like other fifteen year-old girls I know. Having fun with her friends. She's just constantly surrounded by paparazzi and people scruntinizing her every move. You have to understand, what if you had every single move of your life recorded by the paparazzi? She's obviously had a few slip-ups, but she's come back pretty gracefully from them.

Her acting isn't all that good, I think she needs to tone it down if she wants any other roles besides Miley Stewart.
