Hey dont get disheartend.I Know how it feels when we are depressed.
You know sometimes we expect some thing from the our relationship or from our friends that we forget that wheter they can bare the weight of that expactation.
I would like to tell you that try to get rid of your desires as much as you can.
Once you start practising that you find a new change in your attitude.
Remember one thing always once you get traped in the net of desires you wont be able to get out of it and result will be a depressed life.
