im so sorry that you feel this way, maybe you should start a stress box. thats what i did. i decorated it and filled it with all the things that make me smile. like, pictures of my friends, candy, my favorite perfume that helps me relax, my blankie, and other things that help me relax. why dont you try that. or have a diary and let out all of your feelings on it then you can go out and enjoy life.
or maybe you should just talk to your mom and ask her to take you to a doctor.
