It's pretty obvious that they wouldn't cut her from HSM3. The movies have become too much of a success and they don't want to temper with it.
As for if the picture is real or not I read this article. . .
(Sept. 7) - The photos circulating on the Internet are indeed of the star of Disney Channel's wildly popular "High School Musical" movies, Vanessa Hudgens' representative confirmed Friday.
The 18-year-old Hudgens apologized Friday.
"I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust means the world to me," Hudgens said in a statement. "I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends."
Hudgens' publicist, Jill Fritzo, would not say anything about who took the pictures and how they slipped out onto the Internet.
The Disney Channel (part of the Walt Disney Co.) denied a published report that Hudgens will be dropped from the upcoming feature film "High School Musical 3." That movie is in development and negotiations with the stars are incomplete.
Disney had no further comment about the pictures.

Yup. . .so she could get cut but I seriously doubt it after the amazing ratings on August 17th with HSM2.

When life gives you lemons, don't make it worse by coming up with those lame "when life gives you lemons" sayings. Because then you'll just feel bad that you've spent all that time coming up with something that isn't original at all. Mm, lemonade.
