Some I found online:

Florida-Men may not be seen in any kind of strapless gown.
California-Women may not operate a motor vehicle in a robe.
Louisianna-No one may gargle in public.
New Jersey- No one may buy ice cream after 6pm unless they have a written permission from a doctor.
Illinois-No one may teach thier pet to smoke cigars.
