Ah, I get it now!
I was just a little bamboozled about difference between rep points and rep power.

So Rep Power is the power you have to add or subtract Rep Points from other players, and Rep Points are use to... *blink* uh... just get people noticed? And i'll assume that Reputation Level would be corresponding your amount of Reputation Points.
