I just finished a book called "The Tao of pooh" by,Benjamin Hoff
It was a book on Taoism is simply a particular way of appreciating, learning from, and working with whatever happens in everyday life. From the Taoist point of view, the natural result of this harmonious way of living is happiness.
But the book was confusing and I had to read it twice before I finally understood what the heck they were talking about. And now I'm still not sure if I am right...
