Yes, we all know that Weird Al does that. It's called a parody. That's what's cool about him. He makes inappropriate songs funny, but keeps the upbeat tune. "Ridin' Dirty" was a very inappropriate song that obviously offended women, but "White and Nerdy" was about a nerd stereotype. In our opinion he doesn't make them worse, he makes them funny.
